3. Supplying certificates and documents to help customers to clean Customs.
4. Maintenance or supplying free spare parts for customers if there is quality problems for the WINMA products during the guarantee time, it will be free except when the damages are made by force majeure, Ocean transport, customers' wrong operation, etc. If the maintenance is out of guaratee time,we will charge only for the cost.
5. Installating and debugging of machines / equipments for customers at site(Charging for the cost only).

All the services and charges comply to the clauses which are stipulated in the sales contract signed by the buyer and the seller.
